I came by the studio and no one was there?We love having people come by the studio, but at the moment we are still a one woman team. If we aren’t in that mean we are out for client meetings, on site for an event or wedding or maybe just popped out for a tea. Therefore it’s always best to drop us a message to check a when you can swing by and we can let you know. We encourage pre ordering with our online shop or emailing about a custom order but you can be by to see what we have in stock in the studio to purchase there

How does Sid’s practice sustainably?Not using floral foam but sustainable alternates instead such as chicken wire and moss only taking pre orders, less waste Using recyclable packaging including craft brown paper, brown twine and recyclable tape Using bicycles to deliver flowers and only small cars if they have multiple drop offs

Do you accept custom orders?Yes, we do accept custom orders. These start from £65 and we can create to a desired amount. We understand that every occasion is unique and our team is here to help you create the perfect arrangement to suit your needs. Whether it's a specific colour scheme or a unique flower selection, we are happy to work with you to make your vision a reality. Please contact us to discuss your custom order needs.

Can I come by the store to buy flowers?Unfortunately not — Sid’s is a working studio rather than a shop with regular open hours. You can order online for delivery Thursday to Saturday, or pre-order for collection from our studio on Thursdays only. We do open for walk-ins on special occasions like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day — keep an eye on our Instagram for updates! If you are after a last minute bunch you can head to our local stockists including TOAD Bakery, Marvellous Green + Beans, Banook Bagels + Hop Burns + Black

Can I request a refund?If you have any issues with your flowers, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’ll do our best to help. Please note that flowers are natural products with varying lifespans, so some stems may wilt faster than others. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for flowers that have wilted due to customer handling after collection, such as being left out of water for extended periods, or placed in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
